Nervous System Mapping. Understanding how your body is running your decisions โ€” and how to change that. Your first Clarity Letter.

Week 03

The Audacity Practice

"I can be seen. I can ask. I can handle whatever comes back."

Fear is not danger. This week you take 2โ€“3 Audacity Reps and discover you're okay on the other side. Identity shifts here.

Week 04

Move Before You're Ready

"Clarity comes through movement โ€” not before it."

One honest look at your life. One area that's ready. One first real move. You move at 70%, not 100%.

Live coaching, refinement, momentum. You've already moved. Now we build on the evidence you've been creating all along.

Not a recording. Not a replay you'll mean to watch. Live, every Wednesday, with eight women who signed up for the same reason you did. Every session opens with a grounding practice โ€” a few minutes to arrive before anything else happens. Then:

Approximately 5โ€“6 hours per week of intentional engagement. That number either confirms you're ready or tells you something important. Both are useful.

  • 75-minute live session every Wednesday evening, starting May 20

What platform will we meet on?

All live sessions are held on Zoom, every Wednesday evening starting May 20. You'll receive the link and full onboarding details after enrollment. All sessions are recorded and shared in your private Google Drive folder.

What time are the Wednesday sessions?

The exact time will be confirmed with the cohort after enrollment so we can find what works for everyone. You'll know well before May 20.

What if I miss a session?

Every session is recorded and dropped into your shared folder within 24 hours. That said โ€” this is a participation program. The more present you are, the more you get out of it.

Is this therapy?

No. The Clarity Lab is a coaching and facilitation program โ€” not therapy or crisis support. If you're in a place that needs therapeutic support, please seek that first. This program is for women who are ready to do growth work.

I'm already really busy. Is this realistic?

The program asks for approximately 5โ€“6 hours per week. If that feels impossible right now, that's worth sitting with โ€” it might be exactly the information you need. The Clarity Rhythm is designed to work alongside a full life, not replace it.

How does the payment plan work?

Payment plans are available and handled personally โ€” no Stripe automation needed. Email alicia@aliciaferguson.com before signing up and we'll break your payment into 2 or 3 installments that work for you. Early bird installment options: 2 ร— $198 or 3 ร— $132. Standard installment options: 2 ร— $249 or 3 ร— $166.

What's the refund policy?
